The Starlit Snuggler

Overnight Care

12-Hour Overnight

Best Fit For:

Independent, house-trained adult pets who enjoy overnight companionship but are comfortable following their normal daytime routine without me in the home.

SCHEDULE

One consecutive 12-hour overnight stay.

Ex: 7pm – 7am

Need a midday visit? Add a 30-minute walk or drop-in starting at $35 per visit, subject to availability. Extended-area travel fees may apply to each additional round trip.

I will remain in your home throughout the scheduled 12-hour overnight period.

After the morning routine is complete, I will leave for my regular daytime schedule + return at the agreed-upon evening time.

Need a little more time? Up to 3 continuous hours may be added for $25/hr, subject to availability.

PRESENCE

Your home will become my primary home base throughout the reservation.

I’ll bring my workstation to your home and work remotely, providing substantial companionship while maintaining your pet’s familiar routine.

I may leave for approximately 1–4 hours at a time and retain a total of approximately 6–8 hours during each 24-hour period for other clients, appointments, errands, exercise, and personal commitments.

CONTINUOUS IN-HOME Presence

Pets who cannot safely or comfortably be left alone and feel happiest with someone continuously by their side.

This may include puppies, anxious pets, senior fur babies, pets in recovery, or those needing extensive support with mobility, medication, or daily routines.

SCHEDULE

A 24-hour booking period that includes in-home presence and care all day + overnight.

Ex: 12pm – 12pm.

PRESENCE

From morning potty breaks and favorite meals to afternoon cuddles and a reassuring presence overnight, I’ll be there to keep your pet comfortable, supported + lovingly cared for every step of the way.

Because your pet will not be left unattended, any necessary break requires prearranged, owner-approved relief coverage. Additional relief-provider fees may apply.

This is a premium service reserved exclusively for your household. It is subject to limited availability.

PLANNING YOUR STAY

Arrival, Departure + Extended Care

Each reservation begins and ends at a confirmed time. Additional care outside the package’s included schedule is subject to availability and priced according to the service and amount of time requested.

Extended Care | Starlit Snuggler | + $25/hour

The Starlit Snuggler includes one consecutive 12-hour overnight.

Up to 3 hours of extended care may be added immediately before or after the overnight for $25/hour.

Reservations requiring more than 3 additional hours may require The Cozy Coworker or separate Daytime Care. If I leave the home and return later, the additional visit is booked separately.

Extended Care | Cozy Coworker + Constant Companion | from 25%

These packages are priced in consecutive 24-hour periods beginning at the confirmed arrival time. When care continues beyond the final 24-hour period, extended care is calculated using the household’s total daily rate:

  • Up to 3 additional hours: 25%
  • More than 3–8 hours: 50%
  • More than 8 hours without another overnight: 75%
  • Another overnight: one full daily rate
Separate Daytime Visits

If I leave after the scheduled overnight or booking period and return later, the additional care is booked as a separate walk, drop-in, or daytime care service.

Applicable travel fees may apply.

All applicable fees will be clearly included in your personalized quote before you reserve.

Every pet, home + reservation is a little different. Additional fees allow me to personalize your service based on the number of pets, level of care, location + timing of your stay.

Pet + Care Add-ons

Additional Dog | $10/day

Applies to each additional dog. Separate walks, feeding schedules, or substantially different routines may require a customized fee.

Additional Cat | $5/day

Applies to each additional cat and accounts for individual meals, litter care, cleanup, attention + overall care responsibility.

Additional Small Animals | From $3/day

Fish start at $3–$5 per tank, while rodents, rabbits, and reptiles start at $5 per enclosure or habitat. Specialized feeding, cleaning, or equipment care is quoted individually.

Chicken Care | From $10/day

Pricing is based on the flock, coop setup + requested routine, including feeding, water, egg collection, and opening or securing the coop.

Puppy + High-Needs Care | From $25–$50/day

Applies when care requires substantially more potty breaks, active supervision, cleanup, complex medication, mobility assistance, or nighttime support. Pets who cannot be left alone require The Constant Companion.

Timing, Travel + Special Requests

Holiday Care | +25%

A 25% surcharge applies during designated holiday periods, reflecting increased demand and the personal holiday time reserved for your pets.

VIEW HOLIDAY DATES

Extended-Area Travel | $1.25/min

Calculated using the additional round-trip driving time beyond my standard 15-minute service area.

Pet + house-sitting travel generally covers my initial arrival and final trip home.

Midday Walk or Drop-In | $35/visit

Starlit Snuggler clients may add a 30-minute daytime visit for a neighborhood walk, potty break, meal, medication, or personalized companionship.

Visits are subject to schedule and location availability. Extended-area travel fees may apply to each additional round trip.

If your pet requires multiple daytime visits or more substantial companionship, The Cozy Coworker may provide a better level of care and overall value.

Key Exchange | $25 per separate round trip

Applies when a separate round trip is needed to pick up or return a key. There is no fee when access is arranged during the meet + greet or through an approved lockbox.

Extended-area travel fees may apply.

Care Update Visit | $35 for 30 min

An optional return visit for established clients who need to demonstrate significant changes to medication, mobility, home functionalities, security systems, or care routines.

A free 15 min Facetime meeting is an alternative option.

Extended-area travel fees may apply.

Additional Home-Care | Custom Quote

Standard packages include light home care.

Extensive plant care, snow removal, contractor access, pool care, significant cleaning, or other time-intensive household requests may require an additional fee.

Continuous-Care Relief | Custom Quote

If an approved relief caregiver is needed during Constant Companion care, any additional provider cost will be included in your personalized quote.

Only relevant add-ons will be included, and your complete personalized rate will always be reviewed + confirmed before you reserve.

HOW TO BOOK A SERVICE

1. Check Availability

Check out my real-time availability calendar to see if my schedule fits your needs. Then confirm my availability by filling out my contact form.

2. Have Meet & Greet

If you’re a new client, we’ll meet in person to make sure we vibe! I will travel to your home so you can introduce me to your pet(s), show me where things are located, go over their routine, ask any questions, etc.

3. Book Your Service!

Once I give you the green light, I will either send you a link to my online scheduler or I’ll email you an invoice. I’ll then take a payment to reserve your requested dates, and you’ll be good to go!
